Determine Property Value

To determine property value I will put together a comparative market analysis aka a CMA that will focus on recent sales in your area. In those sales I look specifically at property condition, size of home/ SQFT, property attributes, and location in comparison to others.

 

Typically a price range will be established without seeing the property. Once we walk the property together we will discuss your various options and ultimately discuss where in that range your property is based on it's current condition. 

Tour Property

During our tour you will walk me through your favorite features and show recent updates that you would like to highlight. I will also get to see your properties floor plan and flow.

Discuss CMA

I will show you the recent sales in your neighborhood and highlight certain things that will become crucial to our success.

Establish Timeline

Based on if the property is owner occupied, tenant occupied, or simply vacant we will establish a timeline for success.

Discuss Marketing Number

The marketing number is the most important number that we will set and a lot goes into this, which we will discuss in person.

Marketing/ Advertising

The property can be advertised in various ways that we will discuss further depending on the type of property.

Off Market/ On Market

We will discuss the benefits of both and ultimately you will determine the best course of action based on your situation.
