TAPPING INTO EQUITY

There are many people that are what's called "Property Rich" which means they own and have owned a property for a long time and over time the property has appreciated in value. Most of the time people don't wish to sell or if they do they are worried about tax repercussions on the gain.

RENTAL PROPERTIES

When you think rental properties this can be any type of property that generates a cash flow. Where the rent covers your mortgage and you can essentially cash flow. In my opinion rental properties is your ticket to retirement because with rental properties you get the best of both worlds, CASH FLOW and EQUITY over time.

FLIPPING 101

"FLIPPING" is the term that is used when someone buys that one house that is usually extremely worn down and ultimately renovates it into a GORGEOUS property that buyers will fall in love with. When considering "Flipping" you will certainly want to meet with me so that I can create a CMA for you.

Once you know the value of the property you would then calculate the time to renovate, carrying cost, renovation budget, and what you would potentially net when reselling the property.
